Shenzhen Ariza Electronic was established in 2006. Our products include GSM alarm systems, 3G GSM alarm, telephone alarm, personal alarm, video door phone, smoke detector and gas detector. Main components are sourced from Japan and Taiwan and we have more than 30 raw materials supplier. We source our key equipment from SMT, DOP from Panasonic and Taiwan's ASN. Our company has passed the ISO 9001:2000 certifications. We have worked with 385 overseas clients and our big buyers are China Telecom, Universiade and Carrefour. We export 80% of our products to different countries such as Russia, the UK, the US, Korea, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, Poland, Sweden and Mayasia.
We have one factory, which covers 600 square meters and is equipped with three automatic production lines. Our monthly production capability is 5,000 sets for GSM alarm systems and 3G GSM alarms, 5,000 pieces for telephone alarm system and video door phones, 10,000 pieces for smoke detectors and gas detectors and 30,000 pieces for personal alarms and alarm accessories.
Our facility is manned by over 80 skilled professionals. We have four engineers with 10 years of industry experience. 20% of our annual profits are invested into our R&D department to ensure we provide our clients with quality products. We also have nine QC personnel with three years of work experience. They make sure all products undergo QC procedures such as IQC, IPQC and OQC. Our four sales engineers have above four years of industry experience.
We also provide service to all our products. We have agencies in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Korea, Poland and the UK.
More than 50 clients visit our factories each year. Our repair rate is less than 0.5%. We give one year warranty to all our products. We don't have limits for sample orders. We can design a new product based on clients' requirement within 10 to 15 days and we can deliver in three to seven working days.
